Photography
For 2023 we are trialing something new!
You can now upload your photo entries using this form and the show society will then print and mount your images for you!
To enter this way, please note the following terms:
- The fee to enter this way is $3.00 per item (it is still only $1.00 if you wish to print and mount your images yourself)
- The deadline for entries is 9am Saturday, 23 September 2023 - Any entries after this time will need to be printed (15x10cm), mounted, and delivered to the Bribbaree Showground by the exhibitor

RULES AND REGULATIONS
The pavilion will be open on Friday 29 September 2023 at 8.30am for receival of entries
Pavilion entry nominations will NOT be accepted after 10am on Friday 29 September 2023
All pavilion exhibits must be at the Showground no later than 11am on Friday 29 September 2023
The show will be open to the general public from 9am on Saturday 30 September 2023
Exhibitors: Entry fees are shown with headings at each section in schedule.
Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damages that may be done by any exhibit and the association reserves the right to refuse or admit any exhibit onto the ground where there is reason to suspect if either diseased or dangerous, or removing such exhibit from the ground.
All exhibits must be the bona fide property of the exhibitor or their principle at the time of entry. All co-joint owners must be the property of a recognised firm or partnership (certificate of registration may be requested) and all exhibits when admitted to the showground will be under the control of the committee.
No exhibit will be removed from the ground before Saturday 4.00 pm without the permission of the stewards.
Parties in charge of exhibits must report their arrival on the ground immediately to the stewards. All names and other marks on exhibits indicating ownership must be removed to the satisfaction of the stewards but may be replaced after the judging.
Exhibitors will render themselves liable to a penalty of up to $50 by removing any official placard, ticket or ribbon affixed or posted by the stewards, or affixing another ticket, placard or ribbon in lieu thereof, or by refusing in any way to carry out instructions of stewards, who shall incur no responsibility by putting these regulations into force.
The ages of exhibits of livestock, also breeders’ name (where these are known) must be furnished by the exhibitor at time of entry. If desired by the committee, the exhibitor must make a statutory declaration that their exhibit conforms to the conditions under which the prizes they compete for are offered.
Exhibits which cannot be shown in any competing section may be offered as non-competitive exhibits.
The Association may withhold any prize when statements have erroneously and fraudulently been made regarding exhibits.
Should any exhibit have gained a prize be disqualified, the next on the list does not necessarily obtain the same prize. The committee with or without the judge can decide the question.
Any protests must be lodged in writing with the Secretary within half an hour of the event in question with a sum of $50 attached. This sum may be forfeited if the protest is found to be frivolous or unproven.
Any infringement of these regulations will disqualify the exhibitor from taking a prize.
The committee reserves the right to reduce the prize money or cancel any event of competition’s not forthcoming in any of the classes in this schedule. Where trophies are listed, there must be two or more exhibitors before trophy is competitive.
The committee will not be held responsible for injuries, loss or damage to exhibits, exhibitors or personnel.
Judges may award a second prize in lieu of first or may withhold altogether any prize money when there is only one exhibitor or when the exhibits are considered not worthy.
All persons who, after entering their exhibits (stock in particular) are unable to exhibit, should notify the Secretary at least three days before the Show to assist the stewards to make other arrangements.
Prize money must be collected on the day or at the latest within one month or it shall be forfeited.
